The Canon City Queen Anne "Fine Dining," Tea House

The Canon City Queen Anne "Fine Dining," Tea House

Last day of 2011 and time for some reflections, as hosts/owners of the Queen Anne. The vast majority of customers coming through the front door are pleasant and optimistic, enjoyable to be around. We feel they enjoy their fine dining experience, whether it be a Afternoon/Lunch Tea or a High/5 course Dinner Tea. The Queen Anne is unique as no one is waiting for your table, allowing for a leisure time in a fast paced world.

I was trying to find the right words to say “Thank You,” to the customers who came to the Canon City Queen Anne during 2011 and the previous three years, when a friend sent me this video link.
http://www.wimp.com/powerwords/ Please take the time to view this video, it is life changing…

Here’s how this has affected our appreciation message, “You, our customer, allows us to keep the door open, pay our bills and remain focused on the fine dining experience, Thank You.”

Please include the Queen Anne in your future or at least let others know about this unique fine dining tea house and antiques/tea treasures store.

2011 Ballard, Wakefield Christmas at the Canon City Queen Anne

Comfort Food Chef Linda and Tea Laborer Al were blessed with all of their children and grandchildren being here from Christmas Day until this morning, December 28th. Picture enclosed.

In reviewing the picture we see the Queen Anne Santa, Mrs. Claus and a group of growing, beautiful and handsome children; what a person does not see it the love this family has for the purpose of Christmas, family and each other.

Ho, Ho, Ho... Merry Christmas

Ho, Ho, Ho... Merry Christmas

12/23/11, the day before Christmas eve is always busy for Santa and Mrs. Claus, yesterday was no different.

Up before dawn, water and feed the Rudolph and his band of rebels; file their hooves for roof top traction; wax the sleigh runners and fix the air brakes. After getting Mrs. Claus up with a hot cup of tea and a scone with devonshire cream, it was communications with the north pole workshop. It has been much easier with 4G and smart phones, we can check inventory, schedule deliveries, from anywhere in the world.
