Thanks Martha, for electing to celebrate you birthday, once again, with the queen anne. I apologize for being under the weather with a allergy/asthma attack, however, I could hear some laughter, so Comfort Food Chef Linda was doing her hospitality.
After four years in business we can say that long term, repeat customers are critical to us being in business today. No small business, highly leveraged in debt, can compete with the chain restaurants with their coupons or discounts. All we can do is attempt to make every tea a “memory,” for the those who come to the Queen Anne.
We just finished our 1st Customer Survey, in four years of business, and it was very good information and future goals for us to add. Overwhelmingly the response to the question as to whether a customer would return was favorable, ie approximately 98% of those responding to the survey were planning to return. Thank You.
A large portion, over 90% of responders said they would return for a special occassion, Anniversary, Birthday, Special Event, ie Thanksgiving, Christmas/Holidays, Easter Brunch, Mother’s Day, etc.

Only two tables left for the Sit Down Thanksgiving Dinner, Thursday, 11/24/11, 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., we will take back up reservations until the day before. Normally we have a few cancellations due to weather, for those traveling or last minute sickness.
