Kelle Ballard, owner, hiredads.com, kelle@hiredads.com, (303) 885-6134, is our son and he is in need of others supporting him finding project management, remodel, opportunities in the metro Denver area.
He is married to his high school sweetheart, a father of four, three boys, one precious girl and he is a faithful man of God.
Kelle began his training at an early age, 12 years old, as he worked along side of me, his father, building a two story English Tudor in Alamosa, CO. He was introduced to trademen and handled difficult tasks like roofing a very steep pitch off of roof jacks, with me. He witnessed the drawing, modifications of building plans, pricing, bidding and managing sub-contractors. He has always shown the ability to visualize something, put down in a drawing and figure the steps to success (he was drawing at a very early age and showed skills in perspective and scale.)
Upon completing his primary education in Longmont, CO, he got his Architectural Degree with emphasis on Environment Design and MBA, from Colorado University, Boulder, CO (commonly known as 25 square miles, surrounded by reality.)
He worked on his own for a period of time, joining a Boulder architectural firm and then moving to Corporate Express, where he was responsible for many projects throughout the states. His performance ratings were always high as he brought in projects on time and under budget. Unfortunately the economy crashed, Staples purchased Corporate Express and he was downsized.
Throughout his entire career Kelle has had the ability to be a creative engineer and the ability to see the potential issues (ie red lining of blue prints, identifying potential issues, before they become a problem,) and he has been able to find solutions through creative thinking and alternative solutions.
What does all of this mean, it means there is a worthy, faithful, honest man that is available to help others with architecture, plans, 3d drawings, estimating, construction and project management. He is mature in his faith, family, world and the areas of construction management, now he needs our support in finding opportunities.
You will see, on http://www.hiredads.com that he is focusing on first time home buyers and seniors; with his ability to help them see (3d drawings,) in what something can be and he has the abilities to make those happen. Example 1: a first time home buyer finds a residence that is almost what they want, however, short on master bedroom size, closets, bath options; Kelle can show them how exterior walls can be expanded and they can have what they want. Example 2: a senior has mobility issues, they live in a home they do not want to leave; Kelle can show them how hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms can be updated to meet their needs, allowing them to stay in their home.
