We have finally began to expand our commercial outdoor grill capabilites at the Queen Anne. While we have traditionally used the grill for our steak menu, traditional Thanksgiving turkey’s, we have always wanted to expand its use.
The grill is 5′ in length with 12 natural gas burners and we purchased it with a griddle for one side. This week we obtained our deep fat fryer basket, pans and spent time in preparing the griddle to use this new equipment.
The ability to use a griddle will increase our grilling options and the addition of the deep fat fryer will allow us to do specialities like mushrooms, seafood, vegetables, etc.
Thank you for your business. Please mention us to others and join us in the near future.

This weekend celebrates one perspective of faith; the christianity view of a plan and completion of that plan.
It doesn’t and was never meant to be the only answer for all of mankind as we do have “free will,” the ability to accept or reject any form of faith.
I am so thankful for free will, if it were not for it I am afraid there are zealots in all areas of faith that would demand their way is right and take away others rights.
Our new couples tutoring class, “Becoming Great Hosts,” was a featured story in the Colorado Springs Gazette newspaper, wednesday, 4/6/11; thank you teresa farney.

The goal is to expand our baking/cooking demonstrations into a new service; “helping couples learn to serve fine dining.”
We believe anything a couple does, that unites them, increases their love for each other and their marriage, so that is our goal and purpose.
We have learned how valuable it is to serve others, including loved ones, family, friends and business associates; no one forgets a memorable fine dining experience.
